great location but inconsistent housekeeping

The location was ideal for exploring local shops and viewing the fireworks show. I appreciated the warm welcome at check-in with a reduced room rate. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, with ample choices promptly restocked to ensure everything was fresh.

the room was reasonably large with a balcony and they provided wake-up service when i asked. a shower and hair dryers were available there. the hotel had a central position really close to the marina and henderson beach state park and the beach and the national park.

I was given queen room with a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk.

I had an amazing 6-night stay! The indoor pool was a good escape each evening, and I loved the spacious room with comfy beds. Breakfast was consistently great, with a variety that kept us excited each morning. I would definitely return!

Central location was a plus.

Everything!!! Beautiful place to stay, very clean, spacious. Everyone was exceptionally nice and cordial. Breakfast was great, pool was clean as was everything else. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you for having us. My spouse and I were celebrating our anniversay and didn't want to go too far but yet somewhere I've only heard of, but had never visited. Glad we did-will definitely be back real soon! Destin is truly beautiful!

Couldn't have found a better place to stay!

Short, sweet, and to the point

This hotel is conveniently located just across from the beach. The rooms arevery comfy and tidy, perfect for resting after a day of adventure. Breakfast offers a decent variety but arrives early as items run out quickly. Parking is available but can be tricky during peak hours.

Easy access to othe areas of Destin. Clean and the staff was friendly and accomadating. Would stay there again!

The hotel staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The hotel is decorated nicely and looks clean and well-kept.

The breakfast area got very messy during breakfast hours and was not cleaned right away and food and supplies ran out and were not re- filled promptly.

the indoor pool was a bit too small for the number of guests it accommodated. loved the varied breakfast options daily, especially the make-your-own waffles. the location near the park was super convenient and very clean rooms made our stay pleasant.

I really enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor pool. Each was clean and the temperature was perfect.

Heated indoor pool & location to beach.

Our room needed several repairs: phone, lamp between beds, alarm clock didn't work. Light/ lamp popped when we tried to turn it off. We had to unplug it. Pool could have been much warmer too.I Would suggest that travellers check everything out prior to night time--then change rooms if it's anything like ours turned out to be. This is the only way I would recommend this place.

This place suits me perfectly. Great amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with a local food delivery number. Highly recommend staying here!

The heated indoor pool was a lovely retreat after a long day.

Housekeeping did not clean the room when the 'resting comfortably' sign was on the door.

The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a day out, and the breakfast offered a nice variety that filled us up for the day ahead.
